Multi-disciplinary artist Harris Keenan is a highly regarded Auckland based illustrator who thrives in the world of live art, large scale mural and light art installation. Drawing since he could first pick up a pencil, Harris went on to study spatial design. It was during this period he developed his own distinct visual style and the ability to evoke emotions within space through his art.

Heavily inspired by music, nostalgia and the telling of stories, his illustrations simplify the complexities observed in day to day life. He’s often commissioned for on-site interactive murals where he weaves together the stories of guests, creating tiny worlds within coherent large scale murals.

Harris’ freewheeling and unconventional take on everyday milieu is now his distinctive trademark.
