After studying textiles at London College of Fashion and photography at Central St Martins College, Sha first entered the advertising industry as a stylist. Now living in New Zealand she’s returned to her childhood passion of paper cutting. It’s the tactile approach and subtle imperfections unachievable via the digital realm that excite her.
Using the simplest of materials, Sha creates magical images by interplaying paper form with the depth of silhouette and shadow. She has an exquisite sensitivity to light and line which is perfectly suited to her craft
