Janine has spent the last ten years working as an art director in the advertising industry. She is a talented and passionate illustrator with a love for visual communication. Her unique drawing style allows her the freedom to view and comment humorously on everyday life and its little imperfections. Her work defies easy classification and her art often involves close attention to the human form and expression. Her comedy shines through her work which makes it equally accessible for children’s books, advertising agencies and corporate clients.

Janine’s observations are sharp and intuitive thus producing illustrations that are undeniably quirky, conceptual, fun and engaging. She attracts clients such as Air New Zealand, EcoStore, Hnry, Z Energy and Good Health who commission her for work on packaging, illustrations, branding, billboards and large scale public murals.
