Selaks Wines recently released their new Origins range with a beautiful campaign spearheaded by One Design. Illustrator Victoria Garcia was commissioned to illustrate the wine labels, conveying the character of each region in which their grapes are grown. From Hawkes Bay to South Eastern Australia, each label was embellished with Victoria’s distinctive botanical flourishes.

His bold illustrative style is heavily influenced by his commercial screen printing roots, from which communicating ideas with a limited colour palette has become his signature. Janine’s playful, hand-drawn style was perfect for a fresh take on student life at Massey, known for its authenticity. The new recruitment campaign titled ‘success from a thousand little moments’ can be seen on billboards, bus backs and other media around the country.

An incredibly talented creative, Hope was immersed in art and design from a young age, leading to her completing a Bachelor of Communication Design. She has since worked as an in-house graphic designer and illustrator, developing her skills to bring a colourful new perspective and design-led approach to all her freelance projects.
Hope’s work is fresh and joyous, often with an added dose of humour. She leans towards bold colours and loves to integrate hand lettering and animation into her work. Her style is versatile and adaptable and can easily translate across a broad range of mediums, from print to social and back again.

The South Island is home to two iconic trains, the Coastal Pacific and the TranzAlpine. Known as two of the world’s most spectacular train journeys, Kiwirail and agency Bigfish wanted to capture the magic and commissioned Nic Staveley to shoot a stunning suite of images. Over four days he witnessed the untouched eastern coastline, native bush, charming coastal towns and dramatic seascapes of the Coastal Pacific. Not to be surpassed by the striking beauty of the Southern Alps, the ice-fed Waimakariri River and unique native beach forests of the TranzAlpine.

On a rainy night in a carpark in Auckland, a team of passionate individuals came together to create ‘The Art of Performance’. It was a collaboration between photographer/director Jeff Wood, artist Otis Frizzell, racing legend Greg Murphy, Jaguar New Zealand and their advertising agency Chemistry. The goal was to capture the live artistic collaboration using long exposure photography, resulting in a stunning piece of photography gifted to new I-Pace owners. A hero TVC as well as a BTS edit produced by Fish’n’Clips (shown below), documents the extraordinary challenge.
