VTNZ roll out a fresh new look with photography by Kristian Frires

VTNZ teamed up with photographer Kristian Frires and digital agency Gladeye to develop content for their latest campaign. The imagery was used across their new website, billboards and other branding collateral. Exuding the warmth and approachability associated with the tagline ‘we’ll help you get road ready’, the campaign used a combination of talent and VTNZ staff sourced from nationwide casting. (more…)

Nic Staveley heads to the deep south for Sanford fisheries rebrand

The clever folk at brand agency Origami were behind the recent Sanford rebrand, commissioning Nic Staveley to shoot their brief. Travelling to Bluff and beyond, Nic’s adventures involved catching a dawn trawler to Stewart Island to meet the local residents who work for the fishery. The resultant imagery captures the heart and sustainable ethos of the company and it’s employees.

Air New Zealand launch new Koru Lounges with imagery by Lewis Mulatero

Photographer and moving image specialist Lewis Mulatero has been busy shooting for the $100 million redesign Air New Zealand is putting into their Koru lounge network. Commissioned to create a series of still and moving image touchpoints, Lewis’ meticulous eye for detail has created exquisite visual elements designed to enhance the ambience of each lounge.

Josh Dykgraaf creates a stunning series of island worlds for KPMG

Illustrator Josh Dykgraaf was recently flown to Ireland courtesy of Atomic Agency Dublin. His brief was to capture iconic imagery in order to create an epic series of intricate 3D landscapes for KPMG. The campaign consists of eight images in total, each running for one month on billboards throughout Ireland.

Sky Television enlists a dynamic IR team to celebrate their 25th year anniversary

Fly agency and Sky Television wanted a powerful way to represent the 25 years Sky has entertained New Zealanders. Intrigued by the 2 and 5 being mirror opposites of each other, they engaged a team of IR artists to create artworks depicting the dichotomy of emotions that TV viewing evokes. Michel Mulipola, James Stewart, Gareth Jensen and Toby Morris were each handed different briefs, their unique illustrative processes were filmed and can be seen here.

IR artists inspire with their visions of Tomorrowland

Mango Melbourne and client Disney Australia recently commissioned Max Thompson (above), Josh Dykgraaf (below) and Glenn Thomas (further below) to each develop an illustration that revealed their personal vision of Tomorrowland. Promoted through Disney’s social media channels these works take the viewer into magical and futuristic lands.
